    • How is SUNPRO different from other kiosk companies?

      SUNPRO is able to provide Custom Solutions made in the USA. We have the capability to source products and kiosk from metals, laminates, molded plastic, wood or a combination. We have a robust standard line but are also able to customize solutions specific to your needs, be it décor, branding, or functionality. Some products are sold and delivered with all components including the software to perform application specific solution.     • What is the difference between Standard and Custom kiosks?

      Standard kiosks are kiosks which have been previously developed and manufactured and are available with some minimum customizations, in a relatively short period of time. Custom kiosks are kiosks in which the customer working closely with our design team, specify a kiosk product specifically to meet their unique décor, functional and/or operationally needs. These custom kiosk take more time in the manufacturing cycle.
    • Does SUNPRO provide software?

      As an authorized distributor of Kiosk Information Systems (KIOSK), SUNPRO can provide off the shelve turn key software solutions or have custom software built specific to your needs, through the KIOSK software partner network.
    • Can SUNPRO create or produce graphics/art/signage for my kiosk?

      Yes, given the proper format we can produce the necessary graphics and or signage. Of course the graphics would be applied prior to shipping
    • Can I provide or install my own PC in a SUNPRO kiosk?

      Depends, based on the kiosk you have chosen. If you have chosen a standard model then you would be limited on being able to install your own equipment without some modifications. This limitation is based on size and therefore may not fit into a space for which it was not designed. We have always been able to provide solutions to accept customer supplied hardware and materials in our custom solutions.

    • Our project is confidential. Will SUNPRO sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

      Yes, SUNPRO has no problem signing a mutual non-disclosure document.
    • I'm ready to order. How do I get started?

    • Can I purchase a single kiosk, or is there a minimum quantity?

      There is no minimum or maximum quantity requirements, however discounts are offered on larger orders.

    • Will SUNPRO load my software onto the kiosk?

      Yes. SUNPRO also ships kiosks fully integrated and software-ready for loading your application. Please contact SUNPRO to determine the best integration process for your project.

    • What is a kiosk?

      Computer & Touch-Screen Kiosks are interactive computer systems that are designed for public use. They are designed to have only the necessary equipment exposed. Items like cables, switches, speakers, printers and cooling systems are all locked down and cannot be accessed or tampered with by the public.
    • Can SUNPRO help with connectivity options for my kiosks?

      Yes, as part of the site preparation for installation for your kiosk, we have established preferential rates with a nationwide provider for connectivity.
    • Can I purchase a single kiosk, or is there a minimum quantity?

      There is no minimum or maximum quantity requirements, however discounts are offered on larger orders.
    • What is the general lead time for delivery once my order is placed?

      Standard models (Kiosks, Reception Desks etc) with few modifications are ready to ship within 3-6 weeks of receipt of your order and necessary deposits. Custom solutions require special tooling or long lead components may take anywhere from 5-8 weeks from order placement.
